I used to be quite healthy, but that seems a long time ago now. Many of the things I used to do in order keep myself healthy has seemed to disapear from my weekly ruitine. As good health is escential to a more productive and happy life I've decided to get into a ruitine of excersise and sports. Ubfortunatly I've let myself go to the extent that I will have to start from scratch. I've recently started playing baskeetball as the first step. I'm start to do light to mderate home training aswell. There is one thing I should do though and that is stop smoking (again) but I shall start by cutting down rather than go cold turkey. I am also going to be making another youtube channel and keeping a blog to record my progress and doing a little review of the different training ruitines and sports I will be trying over the course of my journey to what will hopefully be a healthy and happier me.
