Walking down the road, Saraphine can feel that she is being watched.

Turning to see who is watching her, she sees the dashing man jump onto the roof of the Inn. And, who looks like the bartender, on the ground watching her.

'Hmm.. wonder why they are watching me? I hope they know I mean no harm.'

Keeping Lovely close, they continue to walk down the road.

"Why the Master just doesn't let me use some sort of 20th century automotive device to deliver this stuff, I'll never know". But he learned not to question his Master's word.

He stopped the cart in front of the doorway, and began to pull some bottles from within it. Wine bottles, to be exact, but of course his Master never drinks wine, nor do any of his guests, as far as he knows.

The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines the word vampire as "the reanimated body of a dead person believed to come from the grave at night and suck the blood of persons asleep." Since the word was first coined in 1734 the myth of the vampire has grown, entering into popular culture with the publication of Bram Stoker's Dracula in 1897 and more recently through the books of Anne Rice, the most famous of which, Interview with a Vampire, was made into a film starring Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt.

A silent call
Across the land
Summons me

In the land of Efil Retfa
We dream. Our days have just begun
Chart the sky, to cloak the sun
Don't know where we're going
Nowhere to run

In the land of Efil Retfa
We seduce and kill beneath the moon
Serene and mad, we roam the land
Our day of judgement
Approaches soon

Come to me
My lovely child
Take my hand
