January 25, 2008 (The Sunday Times (Perth) / Todd Cardy) -- The two lesbians who murdered Stacey Mitchell kissed each other over the 16-year-old's lifeless body - and one is a 'vampire', the WA Supreme Court was told. One of the killers who blugeoned the schoolgirl for being annoying was part of a vampire sub-culture - and had been interested in drinking blood since she was 10.

'Vampire' murderer pleads for softer jail time

October 28, 2007 (news.com.au / Peter Hansen) -- Convicted murderer Tracey Wigginton, who calls herself a vampire, began new Supreme Court action last week, protesting against her high-security classification. She wants to do her life sentence in the softer conditions of a prison farm.

Christopher Lee: "Dracula and I"
I should certainly be pleased to play the part of Dracula again on the screen (surely it is the immortal role par excellence?), although I have many times refused to accept it. Nowadays I think the public identifies me with this part, and if I have sometimes refused it, it was for fear that, like the unfortunate Bela Lugosi, I should spend the rest of my life unable to play anything else.

My Brave Knight

I waved my love goodbye today,
As off to battle he rode.
His armour shone so brightly,
And his steed so proudly strode.


He is a brave and loyal knight,
And I am his bequeathed.
To most he is a fearsome sight,
But I see far beneath.


His heart is true and full of love,
With body strong and able.
His bravery comes from above,

The wedding is set for three months hence,
