Doomed to be the weaker
Beaten by drunken father
Raped by twisted stranger
She grips the blade tighter

Cool shiney steel touches soft flesh
Quick flashes of reflected light
again... and again...
Sprays and streams of crimson flow free
her worries spill out over the floor
body falls as does her soul
final breaths rationalizing

April 27 2007 (Yahoo! News) -- A 4-year-old boy broke his leg after he jumped out of a second-floor window while trying to imitate a character from his favorite movie Wednesday night. Gustavo Osario was alone in his bedroom at his home on Cedar Creek Place when he tried to fly out of the window. He said he got the idea from watching his favorite movie, "The Little Vampire."

September 15, 2007 (Yahoo! India News / Hong Kong) -- A man was arrested here for stealing and drinking blood samples from a hospital, police said Saturday. The 29-year-old was reportedly caught on surveillance cameras in the early hours of Thursday as he stole three test tubes of blood from the Yan Chai Hospital laboratory.
