May 14, 2008 -- Pink slips were handed out today to the CBS drama Moonlight. The vampire series was a critical hit but only managed to attract 7.5 million this season.

In an odd move, CBS is taking feedback about the recent cancellation of Moonlight -- be nice, now! They're looking for demographic info and your opinion about the show. I believe the phone #'s are 212-975-4545 and/or 323-575-2345.

You can also call 818-655-1779 after 8:00am Pacific time today, May 16th! CBS is taking a head count, but only until 6pm Pacific/9pm Eastern.

It's rumoured that CW may be interested in picking up the show.  Perhaps some fan support their way might help:

June 4, 2007 (Reuters / Helsinki) -- Global warming is bringing more warmer-climate creatures to Finland, including moths that feast on human blood, according to nature researchers.  Insect-watchers are spotting more and more calpe moths in the Nordic country, which used to be considered too cold for the insects from southeast Asia, Finnish nature magazine "Suomen Luonto" reported in its June edition.
