The interesting part about

The interesting part about end time prophecies surrounding Dec. 21, 2012 is that the date has been cross referenced and matched with many different cultures, beliefs, and sources. The significance of the 2012 date is usually credited with the Mayan calendar as that date represents the end of the current age according to the them, however there are multiple cultures that have come to the conclusion that this will be the end of days. It is fascinating stuff, but I'm not selling all of my stuff and dancing nekkid through the streets in preparation for it. Smiling

Drinking, yet sober.
All around me the nightlife swirled;

Take it all and leave nothing but bring back the death you stole.
Drink from the life that is no more, eat it up until you drown.
Don't look at me, look at yourself.
Bring it all down into the darkness of your mind until it's lost in your soul.
You're all looking for nothing but you can't get away.
It screams your name from the darkest night.
You try to run but there's nowhere to go.
It's coming closer, closer.
You scream but all you can hear is your heart.

From the Jewish letters (lettres juives), letter 137 -- We have just had in this part of Hungary a scene of vampirism, which is duly attested by two officers of the tribunal of Belgrade, who went down to the places specified, and by an officer of the emperor's troops at Graditz, who was an ocular witness of the proceedings.
