so i was wanderin if any of you guys heard about this

a new law is expected to be passed soon in Russia which is basicly designed to ban all goth and emo culture. anyone in russia who is seen as being emo/goth will be baned from entering public places and all gothic/emo music is to be baned as well in a bizare attempt to cut suicide rates and eliminate a "threat" to Russian stability. This is no joke. Of course i can't actually see how they can do this i mean what are they gonna do undress people in black and shoot anyone playing the guitar whilst singing a song about jumping off a building?
