Noone really knows how long they have in this life. Even if you believe you will life to 80+ years, By time you read this you have already passed by 15-25-35 of those.
I began thinking about this recently, that even if I live to be 80 I will only see 39 more Summers, Christmases, etc. That I might fall in love a couple more times, see, the beach once a year till then, Enjoy a few Thunderstorms here and there, and build a few snowmen.
How fast life seems to go, and the truth is noone is promised 80 yrs of life.
So Do you think you would enjoy them more, savor them more if you thought that you would only have a few Summers left? A few Thunderstorms left to see? Would you look at things and cherish them more for how rare they are, if you realised you'd only experience them a limited number of times?
Some times you have to wonder if that beautiful sunset, or that lovely evening out with friends might be the last one you get. So maybe the best thing to do is appreciate them as if they were.
