In researching the vampire lore, I attempted to find out just how different they are. I wondered what people thought of them now compared to yesteryear.

Walking down the road, Saraphine can feel that she is being watched.


Turning to see who is watching her, she sees the dashing man jump onto the roof of the Inn. And, who looks like the bartender, on the ground watching her.


'Hmm.. wonder why they are watching me? I hope they know I mean no harm.'


Keeping Lovely close, they continue to walk down the road.

You're cover-shopping at the bookstore. If you're lucky there's a horror section: otherwise, you may be in sci-fi, fantasy, romance, or that wondrous catchall, "novels." You want to find vampire books, of course. Other than the word "vampire" in the title, what will tip you off? You look at the cover paintings.
